Smethwick Library is a Victorian building with local listing status on the busy High Street. The library also contains our Archives Service. Smethwick High Street is also home to the largest Sikh temple in Europe. It is close to the large Victoria Park green space.

You will find a selection of books for all ages, along with computers and free wi-fi. There are learning sessions, such as basic ICT, careers advice and more.

There is a children’s section with regular activities going on, especially in school holidays.

Our friendly staff will help you find what you’re after, whether that’s a book or information on any subject.
