Yin is often called the’ yoga of joints and most postures are performed in sitting or lying down. Yin centres on stretching deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons and deep fascia (the tissue that surrounds muscle).
This Yoga session is suitable for all levels and it's an ideal workout for people of all ages and abilities.
It is recommended that you bring a strap or towel to use to enhance the stretches and to ensure good posture and joint alignment.
Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
