The Body Snatchers of Bromwich Hall

About

As part of our spooky season travel back 200 years to the time of the bodysnatchers!

In a family friendly performance and learn about the gruesome practice of digging up bodies to sell them to the medical schools. In this lively interactive performance learn about how bodies were snatched from their graves and what happened to them. The performance lasts about 30 minutes with time for questions at the end and you can get the chance to have you photo taken with the corpse!

In our Great Hall you can also see our mort safe -  dug from a archaeological site in West Bromwich, once a graveyard. Come along and we'll tell you more!

Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th October open 11am to 3pm with performances at 12pm and 2pm

You can also enjoy exploring our old beams and discover 750 years of history at Bromwich Hall once the home of the Lords of the Manor of Bromwich.

Entry Free.
