Oak House Christmas by Candlelight

Candlelight Evening at Oak House: Tuesday 13 December 2022, 6-9pm.

Join us for a wonderful evening of history, music and festivities. Enjoy the atmosphere in the Oak House which will be dressed for Christmas and illuminated by candlelight, whilst listening to live Tudor music with Diabolus in Musica: Master of Revels, Lord of Misrule who will be entertaining us with instruments such as recorders, hurdy-gurdy, shawms, bagpipes, renaissance guitar and a few other intriguing beasties!. 

Weather permitting our servants will be demonstrating 17th century nail making. Tea room open for festive refreshments. Ideal for adults and older children but all ages are welcome.

Free entry for children under 3. Last admission to site is 7:45pm, site closes 9.00pm. £2.50.
